My proposal for the IATIS 5th International Conference "Inovation Paths in Translation and Intercultural Studies" has been accepted. The paper titled "Images of the Western Balkans in English Translation for Children" will be presented within the panel "Repackiging books for a new audiences". The conference is taking place at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), Belo Horizonte, Brazil, from 7 to 10 July 2015.
Some of the preliminary findings of the study have been presented at the Conference "Transfering Cultural Images: Paralels between Stereotyping and Globalizing" at Yeditepe University in Istanbul, on 16/17 September 2014.
